If your insurance offers an out-of-network benefit, Smarter Therapy staff will assist you to submit claims to their insurance company for reimbursement.

Out-of-Network clients pay at the Self-Pay rate, and submit a Superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement. We do not guarantee reimbursement; we do guarantee that we will do our best to assist you in accurately completing claim forms if desired.

Payment for scheduled services/copays must occur before the time of service. We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), debit cards, flexible spending, and healthcare savings accounts. Chase pay, Zelle, and other direct payment applications will be accommodated when possible. Checks may be accepted, but must clear before the time of service.
