Our Smarter Questions service can meet that need at low cost and with minimal time commitment. With Smarter Questions, clients can send their questions via secure messaging to a licensed provider who can provide a thoughtful, comprehensive response. To be eligible for this service, clients must complete at least one face to face video appointment.
Secure messaging is a convenience service that does not replace psychotherapy. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. Clients with suicidal or aggressive thoughts and others who are in crisis should not use secure messaging, but should go to a local emergency room if they need immediate help. Those in crisis can also call the national crisis hotline at 1-800-273-8255, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Secure messaging cannot treat clinical problems like depression or anxiety, but can be effectively used as part of a broader treatment package that includes face to face sessions.
